We had a surprise visit from The secretary of State for Health and Social Care, Wes Streeting, on the 4th September. He was invited to visit our practice after we were recommended by NHS England and local commissioners due our exceptional access and patient care. We were able to show him how we can provide such an amazing service, through the use of our online consultation tool, our virtual receptionist and our total triage approach which secures us as providing some of the best access in the country for our patients.
