Kristen joined us in May 2026, having worked in General Practice since 2020. Her previous General Practice experience comes from the Doncaster GP Federation and prior to that a Practice Manager role in another Doncaster practice. The Business Manager is a core member of the practice leadership team, working directly with the GP partners to ensure the organisation remains resilient, well-run, and future-focused.
